Plant maintenance Program
The program of maintenance of plant is an option included in the program GestecNET that allows to realize processes of maintenance to the different elements of the plant than can be or not automated by the system. The maintenance can be programmed depending on the number of connections, on the time of connection or periods of time for the different elements of the installation.
When creating a maintenance, the program requests us the people or companies to which it is necessary to warn when to the process of maintenance is approaching, the maintenance program communicates the order of maintenance to the same ones across the previous introduced e-mail.
A warning to the chief of plant, on the principal screen of the program GesteNET will be shown an icon key that indicates a maintenance exists to be done.
Any maintenance allows to include two documents that can be consulted and filled if information is requested by the person who realizes the maintenance:
Specifications.- That correspond to planes, instructions of the maintenance to be done, safety measures, etc.
Maintenance sheet.- Indicative document of done processes y/or values obtained in the maintenance.
There exists in addition an observation field of free access for the manager of the maintenance in order that he introduces the comments that he believes opportune
