The program GestecNET has a few displays of import / export in format Microsoft SQL. Information of the displays can be requested if it wants to realize the process of link between his invoicing application and the program GestecNET using the same ones.
Our company in order to cover all the needs of the client that can appear, has created two external applications to the program GestecNET that they allow the transfer of information several levels that can satisfy the foreseen needs.
Exponet program
The program ExpoNET is an application that is delivered and is installed together with the program of management of plant GestecNET that realizes by request of the user an export of delivery notes of sales of concrete and purchase of raw materials between selected dates.
In the program we can select export the not exported delivery notes or all the delivery notes.
The format and fields to be exported is configurable in the program and can be an export to TXT, Excel or an internal SQL Table.
Programa SincroNET
The program SINCRO-NET is developed on the platform .NET of Microsoft and connects the tables in several eligible formats of type Access, SQL, between the program GestecNET and the application of management of the client. The synchronization of information is done by Internet, Local Network TCP/IP or GPRS.
The format of the selected fields are configurable by using of a field dictionary that forms a part of the synchronizer that relates names between origin tables and destination in both directions. Also it is possible to select the type of field (Numerical or Alphanumeric or Boolean) and his length.
SINCRONET is the most logical way of linking the program of plant GESTECNET with tables in external server (INVOICING, QUALITY, ETC.) of type Access, SQL, ODBC or other structures compatible with the platform .Net since it does not need of specialized personnel to parametrize the program and to obtain a link between programs without realizing a great effort. If you have not means to parametrize the program, our technical service will attend you with pleasure.
