Water doser equipment MHA-2008

The equipment MHA-2008, is thought to realize automatic water dosing for dry concretes by means of the reading of the moisture of the mass by means of microwave probes installed in the mixer.

The water dosing is done by means of the employment of a maximum of two water valves in adjustable pulses depending on the distance of the point moisture of the desired mass.

He has an entry of confirmation of aggregates unload  in the mixer and other one for cement unload.

EThe equipment can do a dosing of initial water which quantity in liters is fixed whose mission is to moisten the mass of concrete. Later the mixing takes place in order to do later the dosing of water and the final mixing

To adapt to the installed automatism it has been foreseen an out to block the unload of the mixer and other one for indication of end of cycle, and ins for confirmation of unload of aggregates and cement in the mixer.

The equipment has a memory for 99 recipes and three modes of functioning and four external programmable requests for the remote action of the equipment.

The equipment can be employed at four manners of work

Mode 1.- Probe dosing

Once detected by the equipment the unload of aggregates and cement, and after the accomplishment of a time of pre mixing, the water dosing takes place up to obtaining the moisture selected in the recipe.

 

Mode 2.- Probe and meter dosing

The equipment realizes certain number of cycles in probe dosing mode, the quantities of dosed water are memorized, if these quantities of water remain between a few prearranged tolerances, there is looked the average value of water dosing of these cycles

With the quantity of calculated water there are realized a number of prearranged cycles, once finished, it returns to look for the water by means of a few cycles for dosing for probe.

MMode 3.- W/C ratio dosing

The equipment realizes a calculation of the water to be dosed with the information of recipe and the measurement of the probe in the process of premixing, and doses the water in constant form. On having finished the dosing of the mixing, proceeds to verify the obtained W/C ratio

Mode 4.- W/C ratio dosing and meter

Certain number of cycles are done in mode: W/C ratio dosing, the quantities of dosed water are memorized, if these quantities of water remain between a few prearranged tolerances, there is looked the average value of water dosing of these cycles, in opposite case it returns to look for an average water.
