This contract guarantees the update of the versions of the equipments as well as the service of technical telephonic assistance in case of appearing doubts in the managing of the programs or enquiries in case of incorrect functioning of the same ones.<\/p>\n<p>The services included in this contract are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>PROGRAM UPDATE<\/strong>. The substitution of program (s) for the new version updated.<\/li>\n<li><strong>MEMORY EQUIPMENT UPDATE<\/strong>. Update of the software version of the equipment (s) contracted.<br \/>\n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>SATT SERVICE <\/strong>(Technical telephonic Assistance). Attention and solution of enquiries relating to the functioning and operative of the LECA products contracted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;EXCLUSIONS OF THE CONTRACT &#8221; title_align=&#8221;separator_align_left&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Substitution, repair or reinstatement of the products included in case of incorrect functioning due to the intervention done by persons not authorized by LECA or evil use demonstrated by the part of the client.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Recovery of information of magnetic supports or safety copies on discs, diskettes, etc.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>The amount or price attributable to any material or physical element not included in this contract, governing in such a supposition the rates established by LECA. \u2022 The change of field facilities and electrical boards.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>The postage and handling, freightages, displacements, diets, hours of displacement, hotels, tickets of trip, rental cars and materials necessary for the interventions of technical personnel in plant will be always at the expense of the client.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_wp_custommenu nav_menu=&#8221;7&#8243;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;3\/4&#8243;][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Contract of updates and support CAS&#8221; title_align=&#8221;separator_align_left&#8221;][vc_column_text]The contract CAS is the basic contract of our company.
